I'm Amal. Founder of AEB. I’m an energetic, driven leader who leads by example with honesty, confidence, compassion, intelligence and humour. I get people and business. I’m able to speak and connect with everyone on all levels in an organisation. I’m a big fan of building meaningful connections and relationships. I've never been afraid to show the true Amal. Does this make me vulnerable? Perhaps. But more so it means I'm authentic.

Being authentic means you truly make connections with people.
And from these connections come innovation, creativity and change. I believe people thrive best when they can be themselves. Even if they are different.
